Digital x-ray

We only take digital x-ray images in our dental practice. The decisive advantages are: better communication with the referring colleagues, and above all a reduction of the radiation load for the patient by up to 90%. The use of development chemicals, which are hazardous to the environment, is avoided. Instead of a film that is exposed by the x-rays and then developed, the digital x-ray technology uses a special sensor, which converts the impacting rays into digital signals. These are edited on a computer and the image is displayed immediately afterwards on screen and evaluated.

Even the most miniscule details become visible through editing on the computer. This results in the highest degree of diagnosis accuracy for the patient and the dentist.
